Please be an active, informed voter. Do not passively sit back and take what is given you. The "Liberal Media" is anything but. Please turn off the television, except for specific entertainment shows that you enjoy watching. Do not expect to get the news from there. Too many times it is one sided, inaccurate, incomplete, or if they even carry a story of significant value at all. C-Span is the only television station that I encourage that you watch and PBS still has a number of programs that do try to inform. If you happen to get to watch anything from Bill Moyers, or read anything from Matt Taibbi please do so.
On the radio, 820 WCPT and 970/90.7 WPR will give you content and a range of opinion not found on other local talk radio stations. Two examples are Thom Hartmann (his 11a-2p show is delayed and played 2p-5p) and Norman Goldman (5p-8p) on WCPT commercial radio and Kathleen Dunn (9a-11a) and Tom Ashbrook (also 6p-8p) on WPR public radio.
Important sites to visit regularly, followed by sites that always seem to be referred back to because they add great value to the debate.
